Since it's hard enough to say goodbye to your favorite dishes, you have to look for different methods to get rid of this stubborn dirt. Two moms and cleaning experts Purdy Rubin and Charlotte Figg, owners of the Purdy and Figg cleaning brand, have come up with a proven solution to remove such stains, the Mirror reports.

On their TikTok, the experts published a method of cleaning cups that costs a penny and takes only a few seconds to perform, using only natural ingredients. The only thing you need to do is pour a small spoonful of baking soda in the cup, add a little water, and rub it well.

If the dirt is so badly stuck that this method did not work, experts recommend replacing the water with white vinegar and repeating the procedure.
