Ingredients:

• sausages
• hard cheese
• pita bread
• eggs
• salt, spices

Method of preparation:

1. First you need to clean the sausages, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

2. Cut the pita bread into strips, the thickness of the sausage.

3. Put a sausage and some hard cheese on the edge of the pita bread and roll it into a tube.

4. Beat the egg separately, add salt and spices.

5. Roll the pita bread rolls in egg and fry in a pan until golden brown. Enjoy!
