Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
  • Soy sauce - 120 ml
  • Sour cream - 80-90 g
  • Smoked paprika - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper - ½ tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pineapples - 1 can
  • Skewers - 6-8 pcs
  • Water

The method of preparation

1. Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces, add soy sauce, sour cream, smoked paprika, ground black pepper and salt to taste. Cover with cling film and set aside for a while, but preferably overnight.

2. Cut the pineapples into slices.

3. Soak the skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent them from burning and to help the meat to be better threaded.

4. Thread the chicken and pineapple alternately onto the skewers.

5. Bake the kebabs for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

6. After 25 minutes, remove the kebabs, pour pineapple juice from the can and bake for another 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

7. Leave the finished dish in the form for another 15 minutes to allow the kebabs to gain moisture.
