Today, we're going to make a light but nutritious snack using affordable ingredients.
We're talking about meat and vegetable rolls, which take only a few minutes to prepare, but the taste will hit you right in the heart. The recipe for these rolls was shared on Instagram by a food blogger with the nickname tanya.perchik
Ingredients
- Thin pita bread – 350 gr
- Boiled chicken fillet – 300 gr
- Carrots – 150 gr
- Onion – 100 gr
- Bell pepper – 250 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
- Canned corn – 150 gr
- Yogurt – 250 g
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Butter – for frying
- Chicken egg – 1 pc
- Sesame seeds
Method of preparation
1. Fry the onion until translucent, add the pepper and carrots, and cook until the vegetables are softened. Add spices and herbs at the end.
2. Divide the meat into fibers, add to the vegetables, and mix.
3. Put the vegetables and meat on the pita bread, add grated cheese, and wrap.
4. Spread with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
