Homemade cake in 15 minutes: no need to fry or bake cakes

A delicious homemade cake can be prepared without baking or frying. It is enough to use cookies instead of dough and spread the cake with a simple sour cream cream. This dessert can be made even without electricity or gas.

Food blogger Olha Holovina (olha.holovina) shared a recipe for a chocolate cookie cake with banana filling on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• chocolate biscuits (crackers) – 230 g
• sour cream 20% – 550 g
• powdered sugar – 100 g

• banana – 2 pcs.
• cocoa

Method of preparation:

1. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar with a whisk.

2. Cut the bananas into thin slices.

3. Put a few spoons of cream into the mold. Put the cake in layers: cookies, cream, bananas, cream, and cookies again. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. However, the last layers should be cookies and cream.

4. Leave the finished cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.

5. Serve the cake sprinkled with cocoa.
