Glazed curds for children at home: without sugar and baking
Glazed curds are a dessert that both adults and children love. They are very easy to make at home without baking or even sugar. In this form, they are even healthy.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 700 g
- powdered sugar – 100 g
- butter – 60 g
- chocolate – 200 g
- vegetable oil – 50 ml
- vanilla sugar/extract
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese, powder, butter, and vanilla extract. Beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Put the resulting mass into a pastry bag and squeeze the curds into the desired shape on parchment. You can also form the curds with wet hands. Leave the curds in the freezer for 2 hours.
3. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with vegetable oil in a water bath.
4. Pour the finished glaze over the cheesecakes and leave to defrost and harden in the refrigerator.
