Ingredients:

• eggs – 3 pcs.
• sugar – 50-70 g
• Honey – 30 g
• butter – 50 g
• baking powder – 1 tsp.

• flour – 200 g
• apples – 300 g
• cinnamon
• almond flakes – 30 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix honey with butter and melt in a water bath.

2. Beat eggs with sugar and add melted honey to the mixture.

3. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.

4. Cut the apples into cubes and add to the dough, add cinnamon and almond flakes. Mix well.

5. Spoon the cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
