Edible space asteroids: a delicious and original cod liver appetizer

Ingredients

• Cod liver – 1 can
• Boiled potatoes – 3 pcs

• Boiled eggs – 3 pcs
• Hard cheese – 150 gr
• Soy sauce – 1-2 tbsp
• Greens
• Pepper
• Sesame seeds
• Mayonnaise

Method of preparation

1. Grate the boiled potatoes and put them in a deep bowl.

2. Add grated eggs and cheese.

3. Finely chop your favorite herbs with a knife and add to the total mass.

4. In a separate container, mash the cod liver with a fork and add it to the other ingredients.

5. Add soy sauce, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.

6. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

7. With wet hands, form balls and roll them in sesame seeds and serve.
