Pickled peppers with honey is an incredibly tasty dish that will be a real find for lovers of unusual flavor combinations. The ingredients are combined in one perfect marinade that gently penetrates each piece of pepper, giving it a unique flavor. In winter, it will become a real highlight on the winter table, namely, it will add a sunny mood.

Ingredients:
- 3 kg of pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- A pea of allspice
- 3 peas of black pepper
Ingredients for the marinade:
- For 1 liter of water
- 1 tbsp. l salt
- 5 tbsp of sugar
- 4 tbsp of honey
- 0.5 cups of sunflower oil
- 0.5 cups of vinegar 9%
Method of preparation:
- Peel and cut the pepper into small pieces.
- Cook the peppers, about 8 minutes.
- Put in sterile jars: 3 cloves of garlic, a pea of allspice, 3 peas of black pepper.
- Put the peppers and pour the marinade.
- Screw on the lid.
- It makes 6 half-liter jars.
