Chicken cutlets are always delicious, but you have to do your best to make sure they don't turn out dry. To do this, housewives use a variety of methods.

Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken fillet - 400 g
  • Brioche bun - 1 pc.
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Crush the bun with your hands and pour milk over it. The bun should completely absorb the milk. If there is excess liquid, drain it off.

2. Peel and finely chop the onion.

3. Mix the minced meat with the bun, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. Put part of the minced meat on a well-heated frying pan, put a piece of cheese on top, and cover with the second part of the minced meat.

5. Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.

6. Pour a little water into the pan to cover the bottom. Put the cutlets in and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
