Crispy apple cookies: quick home baking in 20 minutes

Apples are a great base for homemade cookies. To make the pastry crispy, tender, and crumbly, the dough for apple cookies should be made with butter and eggs.

Ingredients:

• apples – 1-2 pcs.
• eggs – 1 pc.
• sugar – 100 g
• butter – 100 g
• flour – 200 g
• baking powder – 1 tsp.
• salt – a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Soft butter, salt, sugar, and egg – blend with a mixer until smooth.

2. Add the flour and baking powder to the resulting mass

3. Chop the apples. Add to the dough and mix.

4. Form the dough into small balls.

5. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
