Cheese spread with eggs in a new way: what ingredient to add

Spread for sandwiches is the easiest and fastest appetizer to prepare. The most popular is the spread made from melted cheese and eggs. But if you add just one unusual ingredient, the dish will sparkle with a completely different flavor.

Food blogger Alona Karpiuk shared a recipe for cheese spread on her TikTok page, which is made with one simple ingredient – canned tuna which gives it a special flavor and piquancy.

Ingredients:

• processed cheese – 1 pc
• boiled eggs – 2 pcs

• canned tuna
• mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs in advance and grate them.

2. Also grate the processed cheese.

3. Mix eggs, cheese and tuna. Season with mayonnaise and mix.

4. Serve with bread, toast, or sandwiches.
