A light, seasonal, and delicious spread can be made with radishes. This vegetable pairs well with herbs, eggs, hard or melted cheese - in other words, with all the ingredients you can always find at home. The spread itself can be spread on bread or wrapped in pita bread.

Recipe for light spread with radishes
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs
- radish - 3-4 pcs
- green onions - 1 bunch
- parsley - 1 bunch
What to cook with radishes
- natural yogurt/sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - 1.5 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.

3. Mix all the prepared ingredients.
What to use to make a low-calorie bread spread
4. Season with yogurt and mayonnaise.
5. Add salt and pepper.
