No-bake brownies: chocolate cake recipe in 10 minutes

Brownie is a chocolate cake characterized by special tenderness, aroma, and rich flavor. It is often topped with cherries, bananas, cheese, or nuts. However, it can be cooked not only in the oven.

Food blogger Victoria Vyacheslavivna (viktoria__vyacheslavna) shared a recipe for a microwave chocolate brownie on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• apples -2 pcs.
• cocoa - 30 g
• flour - 30 g
• eggs - 2 pcs
• baking powder - 1 tsp.
• Stevia - 1-2 tbsp.
• chocolate balls for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. First, peel and core the apples, cut them into cubes.

2. Next, to prepare the chocolate dough, mix the following in a blender bowl: apples, cocoa, flour, eggs, baking powder and stevia. Beat everything until smooth.

3. Pour the resulting chocolate mass into a microwave-safe container/mold. Sprinkle with chocolate balls on top.

4. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes. Enjoy!
