A food blogger with the nickname polli_cooking shared a recipe for a buckwheat bowl. On Instagram, she explained how to prepare this dish and make it completely balanced.

Ingredients:

  • Buckwheat
  • Canned tuna
  • Mixed greens
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Egg

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • Lemon juice
  • Mustard seeds
  • Honey

The way of preparation:

1. Put hot buckwheat on a deep but wide plate.

2. Add the mixed greens.

3. Boil the egg so that the yolk remains liquid.

4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and place them on a plate.

5. Add the canned tuna.

6. Put the egg on top and cut it in half so that the yolk spreads over the bowl.

7. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the bowl.
