Beet salad with feta: what to dress with to make it tasty

Beetroot and feta salad is a perfect combination of flavors that will appeal to everyone. And every hostess will be extremely pleased with this dish because it takes only a few minutes to prepare.

Food blogger Alex Mil shared how to prepare this salad properly on his Instagram. He also told us which dressing goes best with it.

Ingredients

• boiled beetroot - 140 g
• feta cheese - 50 g
• olives - 40 g
• arugula - 50 g

Ingredients for the dressing

• honey - 2 tsp
• olive oil - 2 tsp.
• grain mustard - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation

1. Boil beets and cut them into cubes. Dice feta, cut olives in half, and rinse arugula.

2. Put the arugula on the plate first, then the olives and feta, and then the beets.

3. Mix liquid honey, olive oil and grain mustard. Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
