The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and satisfying pea and rib soup.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • spices
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the ribs, put them in a saucepan, and cover with water.

2. Bring to a boil, remove the foam, and add the washed peas. When it boils, add the baking soda (it will help the peas to boil quickly), remove the foam, and add the vegetables and spices.

3. Stir and cook over low heat until the peas are tender. Add herbs and eat.
