Culinarian Oksana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious zucchini ratatouille with sausage and hard cheese.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- sausage - 200 g
- hard cheese - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini into rings and tomatoes into slices.
2. Place the vegetables alternating with the sausage and cheese.
3. Bake in the oven until cooked through.
