Ingredients:
- beets - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- mustard in grains - 1 tsp.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the boiled beets together with the eggs.
2. Cut the cucumbers.
3. In a bowl, mix the beets, eggs and cucumbers. Add salt, sour cream and mustard and mix.
