Summer crab salad in a new way: sharing the recipe for a delicious dish and original dressing
Crab sticks can be the perfect base for making delicious salads as well as appetizers. If you want to make crab salad in a new way, don't add rice, replace it with fresh cucumbers, so the dish will be lighter.
- eggs - 1-2 pcs.
- crab sticks - 100 g
- cucumbers - 1 pc.
- corn - 1/2 jar
- green onions - as desired
For the sauce:
- white yogurt
- mustard in grains
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, cut into cubes. Cut the crab sticks into medium sized pieces.
2. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
3. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise, add mustard, mix.
4. Transfer all ingredients to a bowl, add corn, sauce, mix, place in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
