  • onion - 50 g
  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable oil - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Squeeze out the sauerkraut, chop it, and add the finely chopped onion.

2. Boil the eggs and cut them into slices and season the salad with oil, garnish with eggs on top.
