Salty cheesecakes in the oven: easy and quick
CHEESECAKES RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Fatty cottage cheese – 350 grams
- Flour – 1 tbsp.
- Semolina – 2 tbsp.
- Spicy herbs – 30 grams
- Egg – 2 pcs.
Chop the greens, mix the ingredients, form the cheesecakes, and put them in the oven on parchment to bake.
Sauce:
- Sour cream – 200 grams
- Cilantro – 20 grams
- Lemon juice – 30 grams
- Salt and pepper
Mix the ingredients with chopped herbs.
