Ripped pita pie with cheese in 30 minutes: recipe for a delicious appetizer
Pitabread is an ideal product for making delicious appetizers, as well as pies and buns. It is ideal for homemade chips.
- pita bread - 220 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- milk - 250 ml
- cheese - 250 g
- Suluguni cheese - 150 g
- oil - 4 tbsp
- greens - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with milk and oil with a whisk. Add chopped herbs, grated cheese and torn pita bread. Mix everything well so that the pita bread is completely moistened and put it in a baking dish covered with parchment.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 35 minutes.
