New Year's appetizer instead of tartlets: made from crab sticks, melted cheese and fresh cucumber

The simplest foods, such as crab sticks and processed cheese, can be the basis for making delicious and quick appetizers for the holiday table and for every day.

Cook Alina Foodie shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for a very simple crab stick appetizer for a festive table.

Ingredients:

• Crab sticks - 120 g
• Processed cheese - 90 g
• Garlic - 1 clove.
• Egg - 1-2 pcs.
• Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
• Mayonnaise - to taste
• Red caviar - for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Grate boiled eggs, processed cheese, garlic, crab sticks, add mayonnaise and mix.

2. Slice the cucumber, put the prepared mixture on top and sprinkle with caviar.
