The cook shared on Instagram how to dye eggs beautifully and quickly with wine, turmeric, and beets.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 5 pcs.
  • Wine - 0.7 liters
  • Rice - 2 cups
  • Turmeric - 1 tbsp
  • Beet juice - 50 ml
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs in the wine for 7 minutes, then put them on a paper towel to dry well.

2. Add turmeric and vinegar to the rice, put the eggs in, dip them well in the rice and then put them on a paper towel.

3. Grate the beetroot, add the beetroot and vinegar to the rice, add the eggs, soak them well, and put them on a paper towel.
