Ingredients:
- buckwheat - 300 g
- minced meat - 450-500 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- tomato sauce - 100-100 g
- salt - 1 tsp with top
- pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- boiled water
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1️. Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil until transparent, add the carrots, cut into strips, and fry them a little with the onion.
2️. Add the minced meat, stir, and simmer a little more with the vegetables.
3️. Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried garlic, tomato sauce, and stir.
4️. Rinse the buckwheat and add it, stir, and cover with water to completely cover everything. Cook under a closed lid over a fire until tender.
