Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 500 g
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sour cream 20% - 300-400 g
  • vegetable oil - 50-70 g
  • flour - 1-2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut onion into small pieces and grate carrots and fry in some oil until tender. Transfer to a bowl.
