Ingredients:

• Coconut cream - 30 g (or regular 33%)
• White chocolate - 100 g
• Butter - 20 g
• Coconut flakes

Method of preparation:

1. Bring the cream to a boil, pour into the chocolate, and stir.

2. Melt until smooth in the microwave, add the butter, and beat with a blender.

3. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

4. Form small balls from the resulting mass and roll in coconut flakes.
