White cabbage is a very healthy and budget-friendly vegetable that can be an ideal base for salads, as well as a filling for pies and dumplings. Cabbage can also be deliciously preserved, salted, and fermented.
Cook Tetiana shared a recipe for a healthy white cabbage salad with corn and fresh cucumbers on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 1/2 pc
- canned corn - 1 tin
- eggs - 4 pcs
- hard cheese - 150 g
- cucumbers - 2 pcs
- dill - a small bunch
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- mayonnaise or sour cream
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage finely, cut the cucumbers into half rings. Cut the hard cheese into strips, chop the dill and garlic.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with mayonnaise and eat!
