Healthy cabbage salad for every day in 10 minutes: a recipe for a delicious dish and dressing
Cabbage is an ideal vegetable for making delicious and light salads, as well as homemade cabbage rolls and soups. To make a simple cabbage salad delicious, you need to prepare a good sauce for it.
Chef Oleksii Kriuchkov shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, healthy, light salad of cabbage and carrots with a delicious flavorful sauce.
Ingredients:
- cabbage (purple or ordinary) – 1 kg
- carrots – 300 g
Sauce:
- mustard in grains – 1 tbsp.
- vinegar – 2 tbsp.
- mayonnaise or sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage, and grate the carrots. Transfer to a bowl and mash well with your hands.
2. Sauce: add mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the sour cream and mix well.
3. Pour the sauce over the salad, mix and serve.
