Healthy beetroot and green bean salad: sharing the easiest recipe
Beets and green beans are ideal ingredients for a healthy and tasty salad. Beets can also be used to make delicious sauces, soups, and desserts.
Cook Tetiana shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and simple salad made with beets, green beans, sesame seeds, and garlic.
Ingredients:
- boiled beets - 400 g
- green beans - 400 g
- sesame seeds - 1-2 tbsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- olive oil
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets, peel and cut into cubes, put in a salad bowl.
2. In a preheated dry frying pan, fry the pumpkin seeds, when they begin to crackle and swell, transfer to a salad bowl. Dry the sesame seeds in a frying pan.
3. Fry the beans separately. Add grated garlic to the beans, season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Transfer the beans to the beets, add the lemon juice and olive oil, mix and serve warm or cold.
