French-style eggplant: a recipe for an original appetizer for a festive table
Eggplants can be grilled and used for making caviar and tasty appetizers. They can also be used to make delicious canned salads for the winter, as well as pickled and salted.
- eggplants - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese
- paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Slice eggplant.
2. Mix the spices with the oil, stir to combine.
3. Place the eggplants on a baking tray, brush with oil and spices, top with chopped tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with mayonnaise.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180C.
