Ingredients:
- Green basil
- Pine nuts – 30 g
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese – 50 g (about 4 tbsp)
- Olive oil – 50 ml (or sunflower oil)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the basil, put it in a blender bowl, add all the ingredients, and whisk until smooth.
2. Put the sauce in a glass dish and refrigerate.
