Breakfast and snack: delicious tuna and lemon sandwiches in a hurry

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared on his website a recipe for very tasty and easy-to-prepare sandwiches, with tomatoes and tuna as the main ingredients.
Ingredients:
- canned tuna – 1 can
- lemon – 1 pc.
- ciabatta – 1 pc.
- tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- garlic – 1 clove.
- basil – 1 sprig
- butter – 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, cut the lemon into large slices, and fry in a grill pan without fat, then cut into small cubes.
2. Cut the ciabatta and dry it in a toaster or frying pan.
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into medium dice.
4. Chop the garlic with the basil.
5. Mix all the ingredients.
6. Spread the hot bread with butter, put the tuna on top, and top with the vegetable mixture and lemon slices.
