Vegetables can be used to make not only salads but also healthy snacks. Among them, an Asian dish made of cabbage, carrots, and eggs that tastes like potato pancakes is a specialty.

The chef shared a recipe for a delicious Asian-style appetizer cooked in a pan on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots - 1 large
  • Fresh parsley
  • Cabbage - 100 g
  • Egg - 1.5 pcs.
  • Flour - 3-4 tbsp
  • Spices salt / pepper / cumin / garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into very thin strips or grate them on a Korean carrot grater, add the egg, flour, and spices.

2. Form pancakes, put the yolk inside, press down on one side and turn over.
