The first lady served appetizers, while the President took the food himself and joined the meal: Zelenska's stylist shared the details of the acquaintance during dinner

The stylist of the First Lady of Ukraine Natalia Kamenska spoke about an informal meeting at the house of President Volodymyr Zelensky. The founder of the Gunia Project brand was invited to a dinner two years ago. She was impressed by the simplicity and openness of the couple.

Natalia Kamenska had just been interviewed for the position of the First Lady's stylist, so Olena decided to get acquainted with the fashion expert. She shared the details of the dinner in the company of the President and his wife in an interview with Elle (scroll to the end of the page to see the photo).

"I remember our first informal meeting. After I went through interviews and presentations, it became clear that we would cooperate, as Olena invited me to dinner to get to know each other better. I went to the residence with the thoughts that I was about to be met by the butlers," the stylist recalled.

According to her, the door was opened by the mistress of the house wearing a casual look, which, by the way, she still chooses herself. Natalia said that Olena Zelenska likes to wear oversized and comfortable clothes in her spare time.

"She wore a hoodie, sneakers and jeans. She showed me the house and the pets: two dogs, a parrot and a guinea pig. The first lady brought me appetizers herself and invited me to the table. At about 9:30 p.m., the president came home, went to the kitchen himself, got his food from the refrigerator and sat down with us. It was so nice that a man who worked until late in the evening joined us for dinner quite simply and openly," she told the publication.

She added that she noted the humanity of the couple immediately. The cooperation continued since then. The war made adjustments to the closet of Olena Zelenska. For example, the wife of the Ukrainian leader never adds new things to her closet but uses what is already there.

Exceptions are made only during important business trips and on invitations to attend festive events abroad.
