Vlad Yama is talking about returning to Kyiv. A colleague of the former star revealed the plans of the famous fugitive
Choreographer Vlad Yama, who left for the United States with his wife and son at the outbreak of the full-scale war, is planning to return to Ukraine. This was reported in an interview with OBOZ.UA by a colleague of the TV star, choreographer Yevhen Kot.
According to Kot, he was told about Yama's plans by his friends who communicate with the choreographer. Yevgeny is surprised that Vlad is not at all "shooting back" at what happened. He sincerely believes that he will be able to return home, and "everything in his life will be the same as before."
Yevhen Kot says he does not understand why Yama fled to the United States: "I can assume that at some point he was afraid, but a lot of time has passed, most of the Ukrainians who left have returned. Both public and non-public ones are different. I believe that media people should have stayed in the country to set an example to others that they should unite. And not to run away."
"I don't follow Yama's current life. I saw that he was criticized a lot for participating in a party with a Russian name," Kot continues, "What can I say: some of the people who left are now a little detached from our current reality. It seems to me that Vlad still thinks that when the war is over, he will return to Ukraine. And everything in his life will be the same as before."
"About six months ago, I was told by mutual friends that he sincerely believes that he will live in Kyiv without any problems. He doesn't "shoot down" what happened at all, he thinks that if he organizes some fundraisers for the Armed Forces and donates himself, that's enough. He once publicly admitted that he was afraid for his family. So it's not a problem: leave them there and go home and do something serious to win," says Kot.
