"They will not be released." Borysiuk explains why Olha Sumska's daughter remained in Moscow
Olha Sumska's husband, Vitalii Borysiuk, has revealed why his scandalous daughter, actress Antonina Paperna, is not returning to Ukraine from Russia, where she lives with her husband, Russian actor Vladimir Yaglych, and continues to build her career there. According to him, leaving Russia is not as easy as it seems.
He pointed out that society demands impossible actions from the celebrity couple – to return their daughter to their homeland while millions of Ukrainians still live in a foreign country and earn bloody rubles. His indignation was expressed in an interview with the "Tour of the Stars" program.
"Those who write about this, if they really scanned this situation and realized that you can't just go somewhere with two children when you have a home when you have spent your whole life there. How can she leave with them? They simply won't let them out. And let's talk about how many millions of Ukrainians have remained there, still working! No one says how much we have raised, how many we have helped!" said Vitalii Borysiuk.
He also added that he is concerned about his adopted daughter, and he also gets hate mail because of her life in Russia.
"Tonia is like my own child to me, because I have been with her since she was six months old. Tonia is a full-fledged second child for me, so I am just as concerned and worried about everything that happens. I also care about hate, not just Olia," explained Borysiuk, adding that he keeps in touch with Paperna.
Olha Sumska told OBOZ.UA the same thing. She said that she has not seen her daughter and grandchildren in person for a long time, but she communicates with them regularly via video.
"I haven't seen my daughter and grandchildren since the beginning of the full-scale invasion," says Olha Sumska, "We are in touch by phone every day. I am not alone in this situation – millions of people dream of hugging their loved ones. I watch my grandchildren grow up via video. They are growing up insanely fast – they are already seven and four years old. What can I say, I really want to meet them. I hope to God that peace will come to Ukraine so that I can hug my children."
The actress also talked about what her younger daughter does and why she is shocked by her mother's work. Sumska said that she dreams of her daughter finding herself in the profession.
