The stars also played a musical surprise

Tvorchi, a Ukrainian band and our country's representatives at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023, which took place in Liverpool this year, auctioned off a flag signed by the participants of the song contest for a good cause. The musicians said that the funds raised would be used to purchase intensive care incubators for children.

The band announced the news on their official Instagram page. He urged fans to help babies born during the war with heart defects. The celebrities also showed what the Ukrainian flag looks like with the signatures of the stars who participated in the Eurovision Song Contest (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the page).

The publication says that singers from Italy, Spain, Armenia, Lithuania, France, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Poland, and Finland signed the flag. To compete for it, you need to donate $24 to "People who care save the hearts of children" using the link that Tvorchi left in the header of their profile.

"Our big charity fundraiser for incubators for children's hearts is coming to an end, so let's make every effort together. And we encourage you. The draws will last only 3 days, until 28 May inclusive. The winners will be selected randomly, the number of donations is not limited!" the stars wrote on their personal blog.

In addition, they will play a personal greeting and a musical surprise. Ukrainians admired the act of their favourites, leaving many reactions under the post. By the way, the Tvorchi band, which includes Andriy Hutsulyak and Jeffrey Kenny, took 6th place at Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song Heart of Steel, written under the impression of the war. Their performance was named one of the most stylish of the year.

Earlier, OBOZREVATEL wrote why Andriy Danylko did not sing an updated version of his hit Lasha Tumbai on the Liverpool stage. According to the artist, he was strictly forbidden to do so, but at his solo concerts, he has the right to freely express his thoughts. To find out more, read our article.
