Seriously ill Kateryna Tyshkevych was discharged from hospital: the actress showed photos of her rescuers

Popular Ukrainian actress Kateryna Tyshkevych, who spent 10 days in intensive care in serious condition with sepsis due to an undiagnosed illness, has given her fans good news: she is finally going home. The 29-year-old star of the TV series Nothing Happens Twice, Dr. Baby Dust, and others has been discharged from the hospital.

Kateryna posted on her InstaStories photos from the ward that she took before being discharged. Judging by the pictures, the seriously ill celebrity is feeling much better – she is already smiling and can even stand and move around on her own, although until recently she had not gotten out of bed at all.

"My discharge," a smiling Tyshkevych laconically captioned one of the photos in which she posed next to doctors. The actress called the hospital staff "new friends and saviors."

The star is sincerely grateful to the doctors and nurses for saving her life.

However, the actress did not forget to thank her fans who supported her during this difficult period and even helped raise funds for expensive treatment.

"Thank you, everyone, everyone! Still alive," Tyshkevych wrote on one of her photos.

As a reminder, Katia Tyshkevych's illness became known in the summer of 2022. The actress admitted on Instagram that she had been struggling with a mysterious illness – unbearable headaches – for eight years. The actress was planning a medical examination in Denmark. The money was raised by concerned Ukrainians, and Katia was supposed to go abroad. However, she received a message from the doctors that she could not be seen shortly because there was a very long waiting list.

Recently, Tyshkevych's husband got in touch. He thanked everyone who helped raise funds for Kateryna's treatment, as the actors' family had to spend 350 thousand hryvnias in just one week. The mother of the seriously ill Ukrainian woman also addressed the donors.

The actress' mother Natalia Malashchuk also gave an interview to OBOZ.UA. She told us what happened to her daughter, how the family went through terrible days when doctors gave no prognosis, and what unusual conclusion Katia herself made from what happened.

Earlier, OBOZ. UA reported earlier that doctors had made an encouraging diagnosis for the actress for the first time. Tyshkevych's physical condition is recovering, but her emotional and psychological condition is extremely difficult.
