Princess Rajwa of Jordan made her first public appearance after giving birth to a child. Photo of a happy family
Princess Rajwa of Jordan, who recently became a mother for the first time, has been discharged from the hospital and made her first public appearance. The new parents showed cozy photos with their little daughter Iman, taken during her discharge.
Crown Prince Al-Hussein and his young wife dedicated their first family post to doctors. On Instagram, they expressed their sincere gratitude to the doctors who took care of Rajwa and Iman during childbirth and recovery.
"Our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated staff at the Royal United Services for caring for Rajwa and Iman over the past few days," the official statement reads.
In the photo, where three members of the royal family posed, Al Hussein and Rajwa held their daughter in their arms and smiled happily. The parents decided not to hide the baby's face, as is customary in other royal families.
The 30-year-old mom looked stunning as she posed in a long dress with blue flowers. Her hair was styled in a casual wavy hairstyle, and she had a smile on her face.
The father was taking his wife and daughter home, dressed in a white shirt with classic black pants.
The Jordanian constitution stipulates that the throne passes to male heirs, so Iman will receive the title of princess, but will not lead the country in due course. This can be done by the prince's son or his younger brother Hashem.
Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Prince Al-Hussein and Princess Rajwa got married on June 1 last year. Guests from all over the world were invited to the celebration, including the Prince and Princess of Wales – William and Kate – and US First Lady Jill Biden with her granddaughter.
