Princess Eugenia gave birth for the second time and showed the newborn baby: what was his name

Princess Eugenie became a mother for the second time

Princess Eugenia, 33-year-old granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II and niece of King Charles III, has become a mother for the second time. She gave birth to her second son on May 30, but she revealed this only the day before.

The boy was named Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank. She shared photos of the newborn baby on her official Instagram page (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the photo).

"Jack and I want to share the news that on May 30, 2023 at 8:49 a.m. weighing 7.1 pounds (3,200 grams) we had our little boy Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank. He is named after his great-great-grandfather George, his grandfather George and my grandfather Ronald. Augie already loves being a big brother," the princess wrote.

She shared pinching pictures of her two sons from home. Ernest was sleeping peacefully in his crib while his older brother stroked him.

Note that the baby's great-great-grandfather was King George V, who ruled from May 6, 1910, until his death in 1936. His full name was George Frederick Ernest Albert. It was the name Ernest that Princess Eugenie chose for her second son.

The new member of the royal family, Ernest Brooksbank, is now 13th in line for the throne.

The happy parents have already been congratulated by subjects and close friends. The royal family has not yet commented on the joyous event or congratulated the Princess of York and her husband.

Earlier OBOZREVATEL wrote that the 32-year-old deputy Elizabeth Jasko struck by the news that she became a mother for the first time. The father of her child is former Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili, who is now in prison.
