Ukrainian singer Olia Poliakova has commented for the first time on rumors about her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. Earlier, radio host Slava Demin said that the artist plans to represent a country other than Ukraine on the international stage.

In particular, according to the journalist, the song "All For Your Love," created in collaboration with Swedish composer Anders Hansson, was supposed to be the contest song. As Poliakova told the program, the famous maestro has worked with Cher, Victoria Beckham, and others in the past.

Hansson composed "All For Your Love" inspired by the Ukrainian folk song "Tsvite Teren." "He wanted to make a collaboration of folk and English aesthetics. He just said, 'Sing a folk song. I just stood up to the microphone and sang 'Tsvite Teren.' This is my first global release," the celebrity shared.

However, as for the Eurovision Song Contest, the artist adds, it "didn't work out." "We made a track for the Eurovision Song Contest with this author, but it didn't work out. And we started making an English-language album with him. And little by little, I went to Sweden, and we accumulated materials. And we already have such an album. And I partially made it in Sweden, partially recorded it in Britain, in London. And there will be a slightly different Olia Poliakova," she said.
