The star of the legendary TV series Friends, Matthew Perry, bought a luxury home in Los Angeles for $4.995 million (UAH 196 million) four months before his death in October 2023, but now the house is back on the market. The actor hardly ever lived there, although the mansion was already furnished.

According to the Daily Mail, the house is located in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood, a 30-minute drive from the famous Hollywood sign. The estate has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and its area is 238 square meters, while the land itself is 894 square meters.

This Perry property is currently up for sale for $5.195 million (almost UAH 204 million). The house is located on a hill and has a classic loft look with glass walls that are supposed to allow maximum light to get inside. In particular, it has a huge terrace with access to the pool. The house itself has a classic architectural design, with bright rooms in pastel white colors.

It is worth noting that in the last years of Matthew Perry's life, his capital decreased slightly, which led to the forced sale of other real estate totaling $35 million and its "replacement" with cheaper options.

In August 2020, the actor purchased a house in another Los Angeles neighborhood for $6 million, in whose jacuzzi he was found dead three years later due to the acute effects of ketamine, which led to drowning. Interestingly, the actor himself did not intend to give his real estate to his descendants when he was young. Moreover, no one would have had the right to enter their territory.

In total, the actor's property was valued at more than $1 million, and all of it was transferred to a trust company. The actor thought about his future death in advance back in 2009, when the will appeared. The beneficiaries were the people closest to Perry.
