People's Artist of Ukraine Pavlo Zibrov told about a curious situation that happened to him in Poland. At the airport in Warsaw, when he was returning to Kyiv, one of the women confused him with another person – singer Mykhailo Poplavskyi.

He spoke about the incident, which surprised the artist, on the air of the 1+1 Breakfast program. According to the celebrity, there were many Ukrainian women in the cafeteria who came up to him to take pictures.

"Our women come up and ask: "Can I take a picture?" Zibrov recalled: "Oh, it's you, oh my God, I love you so much, I adore you, I don't have a camera with me, only a walkie-talkie. Vasia, come here, run, there's an artist here, you know him too, take a picture! Here is my favorite, here is Poplavskyi Misha, come here." And I fell down."

Later, Zibrov called Mykhailo Poplavskyi and told him what had happened. According to him, the singer could not calm down for a long time after hearing the story.

"He was like: "Who is the most popular, the most recognized, the most expensive here in Ukraine, huh?" This is a scandal," he added, retelling the story.

It is worth noting that Zibrov and Poplavskyi have been friends for many years. In 2023, the artist told Olesia Batsman in an interview that the singer helped him a lot at the beginning of a full-scale war. Poplavskyi then invited Zibrov to head the Department of Variety Arts at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. This helped him and his family with additional income to cover their expenses.
