How to clean a carpet with a long pile: an ingenious way

A fluffy carpet is a great interior element. It looks spectacular, and it is pleasant to walk on, and even comfortable to lie on. But the disadvantage of long pile is its ability to accumulate a lot of dirt and collect it faster.

• baking soda;
• corn starch;
• 5 clove buds;
• 3 bay leaves;

The laurel leaf and cloves for the remedy should be grinded into a fine, homogeneous powder. It is best to do this in a coffee grinder or immediately buy ground products. Then thoroughly mix all the ingredients into a dry remedy.

Sprinkle the resulting powder evenly on the carpet, then rub it into the pile with a stiff brush and leave it to work for several hours, such as overnight. In the morning the product should be thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. And the carpet can be used immediately.
