The Who What Wear publication announced the latest trends in the field of nails: Charlotte Knight, CEO and founder of Ciaté London, told us what colors to wear this season to get a lot of compliments. The expert shared both classic autumn shades and more natural designs.

Red wine

"This shade is a more sophisticated version of the classic deep red," Knight explains. "Last year'strend has evolved into a shade of rich red wine that will be a key star on the scene this season. The deeper your skin tone, the more you can explore this color. This shade suits many people due to its stylish and sophisticated shades."

Espresso

"There are as many shades in the coffee nails category as there are options on any coffee shop menu ," says Knight, "from creamy iced coffee to creamy lattes. We could see some of these shades in makeup and clothing trends. However, in October, the espresso color is what we are interested in. The shade of rich brown is so deep that it will look black in certain lighting conditions. It is a less harsh color than black, and therefore much more comfortable to wear."

Ice blue

"This is a color for those who want to try something new," explains Knight. "Ice blue nails resemble icicles. This color also looks great on pale skin tones. I like that it evokes the nostalgia of the ice blue eyeshadow of the 2000s and it's not too intrusive to wear on a daily basis."

In the style of a nude

"People are slowly starting to swap out shellac for natural nails, and even celebrities are asking for short manicures," says Knight. "We expect to see low-key manicures with nude, pink, and cream shades everywhere this season."

Cherry Cherry

"Cherry red is another nail color that has been teasing us for the past year, so we can expect this trend to peak soon," explains Knight. "It' s a shade that looks appealing to all ages.
