Ani Lorak has applied for Russian citizenship

Russian media outlets cited their sources as saying that the traitorous singer Ani Lorak, who is from Bukovyna, intends to finally renounce Ukraine by changing her Ukrainian passport to a Russian one. According to the Russians, the star has already applied for citizenship in the terrorist country.

According to propagandists, she did so in February 2024. The information was allegedly confirmed by a source in the circle of the Ukrainian woman.

The artist herself did not make any hints about her decision to change her citizenship but continued to live and work in Russia for the entire two years of the full-scale war. It is also unknown when her residence permit in Russia was due to expire.

Recently, the singer has been busy developing her app, The World of Ani Lorak, where she promises to tell her fans about her life, and share behind-the-scenes work and beauty life hacks.

If the information is confirmed, we can assume why the artist decided to take such a serious step. The fact is that two months ago, the Russian media "dispersed" old photos of the singer with the Ukrainian military, whom she supported in 2014 in a hospital.

Earlier, Lorak made a cynical move in Moscow. On the occasion of her birthday, the traitor decided to entertain Russians with Ukrainian songs.

The concert of the Ukrainian native was partly "charitable", and the artist planned to give the money for a war crime – "help" to Russian funds that support children deported from Ukraine.
