Trump also expressed his gratitude to the American people

Donald Trump officially announced his victory in the election and made his first statements to his supporters. In front of the crowd, he called himself the 47th President of the United States and promised to lead the country to a new era of prosperity.

In his speech, Trump emphasized his willingness to work for the American people and stressed his commitment to the country's security and well-being.

"Every day I will fight for you. I will not rest until I have delivered the safe and prosperous America that our children and all of you deserve. This will be America's golden age," he said.

Trump also expressed his gratitude to the American people for their support and for the trust they have placed in him once again.

"You will be proud of us, and you will look back on this as one of the most important moments - I voted for these people. America has given us an unprecedented mandate, we have regained control of the Senate," he said.

He emphasized that Americans have proven their readiness to fight for change and not be afraid of challenges.

"Our country needs help, we will fix everything. We have overcome problems that no one thought we could overcome. I want to thank the people of America," he said.

Trump also said that his goal is to stop all wars in the world. Referring to his previous presidential term, he reminded that during those four years, the United States did not participate in new conflicts.

"We had no wars, we had no wars for four years. Except for the fact that we defeated ISIS. We defeated ISIS in record time, but we had no wars." They said: "He will start a war". I'm not going to start a war, I'm going to stop wars," Trump said.

At this point, the crowd chanted: "USA! USA! USA!"

At the end of his speech, Trump promised that America would once again become a great and successful country, worthy of the pride of all its citizens.

It is worth noting that during the November 5 elections, Americans elected not only the president, but also 34 out of 100 senators and 435 lawmakers to the House of Representatives (Congress). The last one to be re-elected was Victoria Spartz, a native of Ukraine, who decided to run again literally at the last minute.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, international expert Oleksandr Kraev spoke about how Trump's or Harris's victory could affect Ukraine's interests. According to him, it is not necessary to evaluate candidates in the categories of "better" or "worse" for Ukraine. It is more important to determine which of them will be less risky.
