Militants of the Hamas terrorist organization use civilians in the Gaza Strip as human shields en masse. The criminals set up their positions in schools, hospitals and mosques.

Moreover, terrorists are launching rockets at Israel directly from the tent camps of evacuated civilians in Gaza. This was reported by Israeli Defense Forces spokesman Daniel Hagari on X.

According to him, Israeli soldiers discovered a tunnel in a mosque in the Shuja'iyya area. In addition, another Hamas hideout was found right in a school classroom, with an entrance to the tunnel where the terrorists were located.

The day before, IDF soldiers discovered Palestinian terrorist positions near Al-Azhar University. Soldiers of the 749th Reserve Engineer Battalion of the Israel Defense Forces destroyed the building, including the terrorist infrastructure used for military activities.

IDF soldiers also confirmed that on December 6, Hamas terrorists fired 12 rockets at Israeli civilians in the city of Beersheba. It is worth noting that the rockets were launched from the tents of evacuated Gaza civilians in Rafah.

As a reminder, 15,000 people could have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of hostilities between terrorists and the Israeli Defense Forces. More than 5,000 of them were Hamas militants, and the rest were civilians.

Earlier, it was reported that on December 1, the Israeli Defense Forces were ordered to resume firing on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip. This happened after the terrorists refused to release 15 women and two children as part of a truce agreement.
